I heard about this new bill for arts education, and honestly, I'm all for it. This bill, HR 5399, is all about making sure that students in schools across the country have access to quality arts education. It's important for young people to have the opportunity to explore their creativity and express themselves through art. I think this bill is a step in the right direction for our education system.
