Today, the Oversight Committee will hear from an ICE Whistleblower, a U.S. citizen whose home was forcefully entered by agents without a judicial warrant, and General Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security from 2013 to 2017. Representative Robert Garcia (D-CA), Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Ranking Member of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, hold a bicameral public forum on constitutional violations and abuses by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
