I'm not sure about this, but it seems like this bill is trying to raise awareness about mental health in the agriculture industry. I'm sad that there is stigma associated with mental illness in this field. I'm not sure how it will benefit me personally, but hopefully it helps those in the agricultural workforce who are struggling with their mental health.
