Burden Relief for Active-duty Vital Exemptions Act of 2024 or the BRAVE ACT of 2024
This bill excludes from taxable income compensation received by members of the Armed Forces who are deployed outside of the United States. Under current law, the exclusion is limited to compensation received by members of the Armed Forces who are deployed to a designated combat zone.
