This bill, it's like, giving away land to some foundation or whatever. I don't even know what this foundation is or why they need this land. It's just another example of the government making shady deals behind closed doors. I bet someone is getting a nice kickback from this. It's ridiculous how they can just transfer land like this without any transparency or accountability. Who benefits from this? Definitely not the average American citizen, that's for sure.
