Wage Adjustment for Veterans Enrolled in School Act or the WAVES Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to adjust the work-study allowance under its educational assistance programs to the higher of the hourly national minimum wage, the hourly minimum wage of the state, or the hourly minimum wage of the local government where the services are to be performed.
