This bill gonna raise my electric bill, can't afford it. It's unfair to us.

I think this bill is bad for us. It will make it harder for me to afford my energy bills. I don't like that this bill gives more power to big energy companies. It's not fair to us regular people. I hope this bill doesn't pass.
