Video Description
The U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) holds a business meeting to consider the nomination of Douglas Weaver to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The Committee also holds a hearing to discuss TSCA, the Toxic Substances Control Act. We need to extend expiring funding for our chemical safety law, the Toxic Substances Control Act. We need to reign in a corrupt, captured, anti-science EPA. We do NOT need to weaken chemical safety. That’s what this partisan proposal does.
