Friday, March 28th, 2025, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) joined Reps. Jamie Raskin (MD-08), Don Beyer (VA-08), Val Hoyle (OR-04), and union leaders for a press conference to oppose Trump's retaliatory attempt to outlaw federal unions. President Trump's latest executive order is a disgraceful and retaliatory attack on the rights of hundreds of thousands of patriotic American civil servants—nearly one-third of whom are Veterans—simply because they are members of a union that stands up to his harmful policies.
