Hoyer (MD-05), Ranking Member of the Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) Appropriations Subcommittee, delivered remarks in support of an amendment by Congressman Jim Clyburn (SC-06) to restore funding for housing assistance programs for the most vulnerable Americans, including people with disabilities, at the House Appropriations Full Committee Markup of the FY26 Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) and Energy and Water Bills.
