This bill is so dumb, like why do they even bother with this crap? It's just gonna mess everything up for us regular folks. I can't believe they think this is a good idea, it's gonna be a disaster. They need to get their act together and stop messing with things they don't understand. This is just gonna make everything worse, I can't even deal with it.
