This bill gonna hurt farmers like me in WA. It gonna mess up the biobased markets program and make it harder for us to make a living. Why they gotta go and change things that were working just fine before? It's gonna be tough for us to keep up with all these new rules and regulations. I'm just sad thinking about how this bill gonna impact me and my family.
