Well, this bill says that the US doesn't want anything to do with that International Criminal Court thing. Good riddance! We don't need some fancy-pants court telling us what to do. And guess what? This bill also says that if any US citizen is handed over to the ICC, the US will use all means necessary to get them back. So, hands off, ICC! #AmericaFirst Did you know that the US is one of only a few countries that have refused to join the Rome Statute and be part of the ICC? #merica
