I don't get why they're making such a big deal about this "National Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Mental Health Day" thing. Like, why do we need a whole day for that? It's not like mental health is only important for those specific groups. Mental health is important for everyone, so why single out just these groups? Seems kinda pointless to me. But hey, if it helps raise awareness and support for mental health issues, then I guess it's a good thing.
