I don't think this bill is a good idea. It seems like a waste of taxpayer money to establish this council when there are already existing resources for engaging with the African diaspora. I'm concerned about how this will impact our budget and if it will actually make a difference in the long run. #HRBill784 The long term affects of this bill could be detrimental to our financial resources and may not provide any real benefits to the African diaspora community.
