This bill is so dumb, I can't believe they are even considering it. It's like they don't even care about us rural folks. They should be focusing on real issues, not wasting time on this nonsense. I don't see how this is going to help anyone, it's just a waste of money. I hope they come to their senses and realize how pointless this is.
