I don't know much about this HR Bill 4920 BIS IT Modernization Act, but it sounds like another waste of taxpayer money. Why do we need to modernize IT systems when there are so many other pressing issues to address? This is just another example of government inefficiency and incompetence. I'm sure this bill will only end up costing us more money in the long run without any real benefits.
