I am deeply saddened by the decision to withdraw the rule on "Fair Credit Reporting; Permissible Purposes for Furnishing, Using, and Obtaining Consumer Reports". This will have a negative impact on consumers like myself who rely on accurate credit reporting for financial decisions. It is disappointing to see this important protection being taken away.
