This bill requires the President to take actions necessary to prohibit the purchase of public or private real estate located in the United States by nonresident aliens, foreign businesses, or agents associated with China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Venezuelan politician Nicolas Maduro, or any designated foreign terrorist organization.
