Public Buildings Accountability Act of 2023

This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to report on the Public Buildings Service, part of the General Services Administration. Specifically, the report must cover the service's real estate programs and activities, such as staffing, associated costs, and the effectiveness of its organizational structure and management. The report must also review the building operations account of the Federal Buildings Fund.
