Drug-Price Transparency for Competition Act of 2021 or the DTC Act of 2021

This bill requires consumer advertisements for drugs and biologics covered under Medicare or Medicaid to include the drug's list price.

Each violation of this requirement is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $100,000.
