This bill addresses sexual assault in the U.S. Coast Guard.

It directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to establish an Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct.

The advisory committee must advise DHS on (1) the prevention of sexual assault (including rape, forcible sodomy, other sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct) involving members of the Coast Guard; and (2) the policies, programs, and practices of the Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Academy for the prevention of sexual assault.
