COVID–19 Stop Calling Americans Maliciously Act or the COVID–19 SCAM Act

This bill prohibits telephone calls or text messages offering goods or services that convey misleading or inaccurate information relating to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) as part of such offer.
