Providing Resources to End the Vaping Epidemic Now for Teenagers Act of 2020 or the PREVENT Act of 2020

This bill requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to establish a grant program to prevent the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems (e.g., e-cigarettes) among students in middle and high schools. To support the program, the Food and Drug Administration must collect user fees from manufacturers and importers of electronic nicotine delivery systems.
