Congressional Summary of S 2674
Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to increase the fiscal year number of foreign residence waivers that a State may request for foreign medical graduate aliens working in U.S. health shortage areas.
Amends the Immigration and Nationality Technical Corrections Act of 1994 to make such program permanent.
