A resolution commemorating the passage of 5 years since the tragic building collapse in Surfside, Florida, on June 24, 2021.

I'm not sure about this resolution for Surfside. How will it really help the families affected by the tragedy? Will it bring any real change to prevent something like this from happening again? I have my doubts.
