To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require out-of-pocket expenditures for drugs to count towards an individual's deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.

I can't believe this new rule about out-of-pocket expenses for drugs counting towards your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. This is just going to make it even harder for people like me to afford the medications we need. It's like they're punishing us for being sick. This is just not fair at all.
