I believe that this new Act will have a negative impact on small businesses like mine. It will require us to invest in expensive equipment and training to meet the new heat safety standards, which could put a strain on our already limited resources. Additionally, the increased regulations may make it harder for us to compete with larger corporations who can afford to comply with the new requirements. In the long term, I fear that this Act may lead to job losses and hinder economic growth in our community.
