SOS: Sustaining Outpatient Services Act

This bill, introduced in the 119th Congress, aims to modify title XVIII of the Social Security Act to enable Medicare payments for specific items and services offered by off-campus outpatient departments of a provider to be set according to the prospective payment system for hospital outpatient department services.
