H.R. 5317, the “Community Bank Deposit Access Act of 2025” 11. H.R._____, the “Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program Act” ____________________________ H.R. 1531, the PROTECT Taiwan Act - H.R. 1531, the PROTECT Taiwan Act, was introduced on February 24, 2025, by Rep. Frank D. Lucas (R-OK) and Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX).
