Building on prior discussions around innovative housing solutions, the Committee will examine how rural communities can better leverage private-sector investment and community-led solutions to meet their unique housing needs. The hearing will also provide an opportunity to evaluate the current state and limitations of existing rural housing programs. Attached Legislation 1.
