Members will gain insight into how the Administration plans to use EXIM’s authorities and its legislative priorities for reauthorization. The hearing will enable Members to review EXIM’s charter and portfolio exposure, the effectiveness of its operations and programs, and its management practices. The hearing will also provide an opportunity to assess the global export credit landscape and EXIM. Legislation Noticed: 1. H.R. __, Export-Import Bank Reauthorization Act of 2026: This discussion draft reauthorizes the Export-Import Bank of the United States for five years through December 31, 2031, including reauthorization of the China and Transformational Exports Program (CTEP).
