Lecture by Dr. Serhijchuk Dr. VOLODOMYR SERHIJCHUK Volodymyr Serhijchuk is a Doctor of Historical Sciences, a professor, the head of the Department of World Ukrainian History of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and the head of the Educational and Professional Program with in-depth study of foreign languages for the Bachelors in "World Ukrainians in Civilization". From 2000-2007, he was the Director of the Center for Ukrainian Studies of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; from 2010-2012, he was the Chairman of the International NGO Platform "Dialogue of Eurasia"; and now, he is the Chairman of the International Cultural Center "Shine" in Kiev. He is an academic of the Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of Ukraine. ДР.
