Sergíy Kyslytsya - Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations - address the attendees of at US-Ukraine Security Dialogue XI, held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on March 5, 2020. The 11th annual US-Ukraine Security Dialogue, entitled Taking Measure of Ukraine’s Most Pressing Security Requirements, brought together key senior defense officials and authorities from Ukraine and Europe along with leading US defense experts and select members of Congress and representatives of Ukraine's government to discuss a comprehensive set of proposals to counter Russia's ongoing war against Ukraine.
