US-Ukraine Business Networking Series Forum XI: "Let the Reconstruction Process Begin – But What, How, When, Where” took place at the Ukrainian Institute of America in New York City on April 26, 2023. This full day event featured five panel discussions and three highlight focus sessions. The five panel discussions were dedicated to applying the forum’s “what, who, where, how, when” questions to five key industrial sectors of Ukraine: infrastructure, energy, agriculture, military-industrial work, hi-tech. The three highlight focus sessions were asked to imagine an appropriate take-off game plan, contemplate the proper coordinating body for such a game plan and divine how the US government and US NGO community might help in the stated processes.
