Durbin Slams DHS Detention of a Mother and Her Children

Video Description
A judge found that DHS deliberately violated the El Gamal family’s due process rights and recommended they be released from detention. They are not a flight risk or a threat to their community. Further detention is unjustified and would be an expression of this Administration’s anti-immigrant animus.
