The price of groceries, gas, housing, and health care are all up, but President Trump and congressional Republicans would rather give $140 billion to ICE than help Americans afford the basics. I am on the Senate floor to call out their incredibly misplaced priorities.

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4690) to amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to repeal certain Federal building energy efficiency performance standards, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the resolution (H.
