Today, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) hosts an in-person roundtable in Baltimore County with Maryland veterans who have been harmed by Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s illegal mass firings of federal employees. During the roundtable, the Senator listens to the veterans as they share their experiences and provide an update on efforts to fight back against the Trump-Musk illegal assault on our merit-based civil service – which is made up of over 700,000 American veterans – and the essential public services they provide.
