As we come to the end of a very difficult year I wanted to say a few words about *some* of the issues that, with your help, I will focus on next year. At the top of my list: - Campaign finance reform - Income & wealth inequality - The rapid deployment of AI - Medicare for All — Senator Bernie Sanders is the senior senator from Vermont. He is the longest-serving independent in U.S. congressional history and the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP).
