We've heard extremely concerning reports that the number of ICE detainees held in the basement of the San Diego federal building is rising, families are having trouble getting in touch with their loved ones, and people are being held for days in spaces without real beds or showers. I was at the federal building to conduct emergency oversight and demand answers with Congressman Scott Peters.
