This week, Trump had the opportunity to sign a bipartisan bill that would help bring down housing costs. Instead, he is holding it hostage to his demand for legislation that would make it more difficult for tens of millions of Americans to cast their votes in the upcoming midterm elections.   It’s even more clear what his priorities are.
