Stablecoin regulation is a bipartisan issue, and the GENIUS Act reflects bipartisan consensus. Thanks to Senator Hagerty, Senator Lummis, and Senator Tim Scott, in particular, for keeping the ball rolling on this issue. I hope that in the future we will be able to take up bipartisan legislation without Democrats creating these unnecessary delays.
