On Tuesday, April 29 at 2 p.m. ET, House Natural Resources Committee Ranking Member Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) will be joined by Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Gwich’in tribal leaders to re-introduce the Arctic Refuge Protection Act, legislation to permanently protect the Coastal Plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge from oil and gas development.
