If U.S. companies won’t sell out to China, we should expect our closest allies’ companies like Dutch chip equipment manufacturer, ASML, to follow our lead. That’s what true partnership means. We must not hand over the tools China needs to overtake America on AI. Congressman Michael Baumgartner's MATCH Act will ensure that we work with our allies to cut China off from these vital technologies.
