Our export controls are only as strong as the people who craft the policy. These two bipartisan bills by Reps. Jefferson Shreve (R-LA) and Sydney Kamlager-Dove (D-CA) will give the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) the necessary tools to hire more experts on this critical issue.
