Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is in violation of the Constitution and federal law for accepting Trump's flying bribe. Until he comes to Congress for approval, he can’t keep a foreign state gift worth hundreds of millions. If he does, he’s on the hook for penalties exceeding even what he was making at Fox News.
