Ranking Republican Rob Bishop (R-Utah) testified at the house Committee on Rules regarding legislation scheduled this week for consideration on the House floor. H.R. 2182, 1373, and 823 would stifle rural economic development, weaken our national security by ensuring foreign countries supply our critical mineral demands, and adversely affect American jobs.
