Ranking Republican Rob Bishop (R-Utah) slammed Democrats at a scheduled Committee markup on their intent to grant themselves unilateral subpoena authority. This authorized resolution would wipe out input of Minority members, take Committee decision making behind closed doors, and provide unchecked authority over private citizens and agencies.
