October 12, 2011- Chairman Frank Lucas spoke on the House floor on the Panama Free Trade Agreement and how trade effects his home district of OK-3. Agriculture exports support more than 10 thousand jobs in Oklahoma. Across the country, ag exports support about 1 million jobs total.
