House Budget Committee Ranking Member Chris Van Hollen joins Fox News Channel's Bill Hemmer on May 26, 2011 to discuss the House Republican plan to end Medicare. The proposal, which would terminate the Medicare guarantee but would protect taxpayer subsidies for big oil companies, was defeated in the Senate on May 25.
